this is a first and also an announcement.

Below you will find either a text link or a button to click depending on whether you get text emails or HTML emails with graphics and colour.

If you click on the link it will take yo to an audio file where I offer some tips about tonality and making sales.

Also, I'd like to take this opportunity to advise you of two things.

Firstly, I'll be going overseas on a six-week holiday commencing at the start of May and returning mid June. I will not be doing any one-on-one coaching during that time and will be accessing email only occasionally (that's the point of a holiday, right).

If you have any problems with my download products I hope you can wait till my return.

Secondly, when I return from overseas I will be updating some of my eBooks to include audio and video. Since this will increase the value of the books I will be increasing the price.

The first book I'll be working on is "The Rapport Report".

So, if you have been thinking about buying it you've got till at least the middle of June to buy at the current price.
