I am assistant manager at an instant oil change. We have amounts we have to meet each day for selling premium services and extra services.
What is the one biggest hint you can give me to sell more?

Don't try to sell !!
Be interested in helping people.
If you are interested you'll listen to them, you'll engage them and get them to speak and you'll be curious about them which will get you to ask more questions.
If you can really know them and understand their wants and needs you just help em get what they want rather than try to sell them what you want.
I love two quotes from Zig Ziglar:
"They won't care what you know until they know that you care"
and
"You can have everything you want if you just help enough other people get what they want"
