How to grab a single guest to stay to my hotel but the price is to high..

Firstly, we'll have to assume your price is not too high. There's always the chance that your hotel is overpriced for what it offers ?

Price objections really indicate that the prospect does not understand the value you are offering.

Do you know what special about your hotel? Maybe you could talk to some of your really happy guests and find out why they stay. Then you could talk about those things to your prospective guests.
