How to increase sales against a poor company image in the market.

Tough question Tip.

Is the poor image a fair one ? Or did it come about from an isolated incident, or a brief period of time in the company history ?

If it not a realistic image get your salespeople to work on selling themselves, promise to deliver and make sure it happens.

If the poor image is justified by poor product or slack service or poor attitude of staff, as a senior person in the company it is up to you to rectify the problem.
