Selling to existing customers

I manage an inside sales team for tangible products. Our company currently uses SIC codes to market and advertise. We would like to take advantage of these codes as we speak to our current customers. What language is best when introducing product(s) that others in their market categories purchase regularly but they do not?

Hi Brad,

I am not sure what an SIC code is ?
I may be able to offer advice if you can advise me what they are and how you use them ?

And.

Can I confirm what you mean in your last sentence ?
Are you saying that companies in a market use product "X "but the particular prospects you are calling are in that same market and do not use product "X"...your aim being to sell, them product "X" ?
